Feedback Scheme

The council is committed to providing high quality services and we are working harder to continually improve services for you. But we recognise that there are times when we don't always get things right and understand that it is only by listening to the views of customers that we can really improve.

As a council we welcome feedback on all of our services whether you think we are getting things right, when we're not and how we can improve.

We have developed a streamlined feedback scheme which makes it easier for you to tell us your complaint, compliment or suggestion about any of our services.

The leaflet 'Are you trying to tell us something?' sets out why customer views are so important to us and the easy steps that need to be taken. The leaflet also explains what areas are exempt from our responsibilty, such as Schools (which come under Lancashire County Council) and council housing (which transferred to The Regenda Group (Wyre Housing Association) in 1996), as well as areas where a separate appeal procedure exists such as for Planning Applications.

You can give us your feedback right now on any of our services by using the Contact Us link which appears on the left hand menu of every page of Wyre's website or you can:

  • Tel: 01253 891000
  • Fax: 01253 899000
  • Minicom: 01253 887636
  • Wyre Borough Council

If your complaint is regarding a Councillor, please see our Standards Committee pages.

All feedback recevied will be acknowledged and you will receive details of how we will take your feedback forward.

If you would like further information on providing feedback and what to expect from us, please select an option from the menu.

Thank you for your help. Your views are important to us.
