Housing Provision
The provision of housing comprises a significant proportion of Wyre Borough's planning policy activity.
The Council closely monitors housing permissions and completions on an ongoing basis. This process allows a calculation to be made, which indicates the performance of the housing policies with regard to regional housing policies and allocations.
