The Development Control Team
Meet the Team
Planning applications are dealt with by two Development Control teams which are part of the Development Management section.
David Thow is the Head of Development Management
The two Development Control Teams are;
Team A
- Lydia Harper - Development Manager. Lydia is also responsible for Planning Enforcement.
- Andrea Stewart - Planning Officer
- Kieran Birch - Planning Officer
- Lucy Lowcock - Planning Assistant
Team A deals with applications in the following areas: Cleveleys (Cleveleys Park Ward, Jubilee Ward, and Victoria Ward), Poulton-le-Fylde, and the parishes of Preesall, Hambleton, Stalmine, Out Rawcliffe, Pilling, Winmarleigh, Forton, and Nether Wyresdale.
Team B
- David Shepherd - Development Manager. David is also responsible for Conservation.
- Teresa Carpenter - Planning Officer
- Mandy Ramsden - Planning Officer
- Robert Clewes - Planning Assistant
Team B deals with applications in the following areas: Fleetwood, Thornton (Bourne Ward, Norcross Ward and Staina Ward), Nateby, Great Eccleston, Inskip, Kirkland, Upper Rawcliffe, Cabus, Garstang, Catterall, Bilsborrow, Claughton, Myerscough, Barnacre with Bonds and Bleasdale.
