This gives a summary of the principle provisions contained in the Town and Country Planning (Fees For Applications and Deemed Applications) (Amendment) Regulations 2002.
Accompanying Plans
There are notes with each type of form describing the detail required in your application plans. Copies of Ordnance Survey Block Plans can be made available to accompany planning application submissions. The charge for a set of A4 plans is £35.00. Please contact the Council at the address below.
