PSA1, Fire and Road Safety Group

The PSA1, Fire and Road Safety Group is a sub group of the Wyre Community Safety Partnership.

Membership of this group includes the following organisations:

Reduce all crime by 15%
To decrease the % of people who think that vandalism, graffiti and other deliberate damage to property or vehicles to be a very big or fairly big problem in their local area
To increase the anti-social behaviour incidents (per 1000 population) as recorded by police
To decrease the % of people who perceive anti social behaviour to be a problem
To decrease the incidents of criminal damage
To decrease the number of deliberate secondary fires
To decrease the number of deliberate primary fires
To decrease the number of deaths and injuries arising from accidental fires in dwellings
To decrease the number of people killed or seriously injured in road traffic collisions
To decrease the number of motorcyclist casualties in road traffic collisions

To increase the number of residents who say they feel fairly safe or very safe a) after dark, b) after dark in the town centre
To decrease the number of sites for a) litter & debris b) graffiti c) fly-posting d) fly-tipping
